Q: How long before my belt is sent?
A:
All stock and standard size belts are usually shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Any special orders will be made promptly and normally dispatched within 2-3 days.

Q: Do I need any special tools?
A:
No. In most cases, only a Phillips head and straight screwdriver, some Allen keys, a flexi knife and marker pen will be required.

Q: Can I fit the new running belt myself?
A:
Yes. Our website provides easy to follow, step-by-step generic instructions to download. (See Maintenance dropbox.)

Q: Does the belt need to run in a special direction?
A:
No. The belt can be fitted to run in either direction as long as the grip surface is topside.

Q: How long should my belt last?
A:
Generally, a 1-ply running belt will last 300-500 hours of use depending on the way it is maintained. This is approximately 3-5 years for the average user. A 2-ply belt will last much longer 5-10 years.

Q: How do I look after my new running belt?
A:
Apply silicone spray to the under side of the running belt on to the deck every 20-30 hours of use to keep it in its peak condition. (See Maintenance dropbox to download instructions.)

Q: Does my new belt have warranty?
A:
Yes. All new running belts come with a 90 day limited warranty.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size belt?
A:
Send the wrong sized belt back in good order and it will be exchanged for the correct size. We will charge or give credit for any difference in price of the replacement belt and add any freight charges.

Q: Do you provide a fitting service?
A:
Yes but only to a limited area of Sydney and Wollongong in NSW Australia. However, we may be able to provide a technician's contact details in other areas.

Q: How can I pay if I don't have a credit card or Paypal account?
A:
Just contact us and we can arrange details for a direct deposit or send a cheque or money order. (Note: All funds must be cleared before new running belts are dispatched.)

Q: Do you offer assistance installing the treadmill belts?
A:
Yes we have general guides that you can read, or we can talk you through your installation over the phone or VIA Face Time.

Q: Do you ship to New Zealand?

A: Yes we ship to New Zealand with Australia post air freight.

Q: Do you ship World wide?

A: Yes we ship world wide with flat rate shipping by sea or air freight your choice.
